On How to Abstract the Naclein from the Varieties of Trees

本实验对落叶松、红松、樟子松、油松、愉树、糖槭和红皮云杉等七种植物体内核酸提取 测定,对结果加以分析,评价此种提取方法。来指导我们对植物核酸测定法的研究工作。

The purpose of this experiment is to direct our tesearch on the admeasurement of the plant nuclein by way of detenning theabstraction of the nuclein from the seven plants,like larches,Korean pimes,pinas sylvestris varmongolicas, Chinese pines,elms red spruces and so on,and analysing and evaluating its resucts.
