本文主要论述了新世纪数字化图书馆时代,高校图书馆担负着培养高素质大学生的重要历史使命,应成为高校的信息中心、培养学生信息素质的基地及教学科研的助手;并从加强信息资源管理、开展多元一体化服务和提高馆员素质等方面提出了具体发展对策。

This paper discuss that in the digital libraries age, the libraries of universities should be the informational center、the base of culturing informational diathesis for undergraduates and the assistant of teaching and scientific research, taking on responsibility for culturing excellent undergraduates. And advance some concrete strategies from some aspects, such as management of informational resources、de- velopment of the integrative service and improvement of the diathesis of persons.
