针对白城市中小学音乐教师音乐素质调查结果中存在的问题,结合《音乐课程标准》及中小学音乐教学的实际需要,提出为适应基础教育教学改革和发展需要,深化高校音乐教育专业教学改革的几点意见。

Based on the problems about the result of the investigation on the music teachers' music quality in Baicheng primary and middle schools, ″ Syllabus of Music″ and the practical music teaching in primary and middle schools, the article presents some suggestions on meeting the need of the reform and development in elementary education and teaching, and deepening the teaching reform in the music educational major of colleges and universities.
