摘要
本文通过对传统的"以教师为中心"的课堂教学模式下教师角色及"以学生为中心"的课堂教学模式下教师角色的对比分析,阐述教师只有通过自身对专业角色的认识,了解专业角色的特征,体味专业角色的价值,才能成为自觉创新教学的研究者和实践者。
Through analyzing the teacher's role in the traditional classroom teaching model-centering on a teacher and the one in the classroom teaching model-centering on students, the paper expounds that knowing the characteristics and value of his major role , a teacher can become a researcher and practicer in the creative teaching.
