摘要
教师专业化是美国教师教育改革的主要取向,并已取得了明显的成效,形成了其自身的一些特点:注意教师的组织背景;面向学校实际的合作;扎根教师的工作实践;注重教师的参与研究;建立合理的评价系统。本文试图在分析这些特点的基础上,结合我国教师专业化发展的现状,针对所存在的问题,提出改进的建议,以期对我国教师专业化的发展有所启示。
