我国经济发展呈区域化趋势,地方高等教育与区域发展具有相关性,地方高校拥有的资源优势,走地方化服务的道路已经成为必然。优化配置其教育资源,提供服务项目,再通过资源共享,实现地方高校为区域社会发展服务的重要目标。

Because the economic development in China assumes a regional tendency, which is relevant to local higher education , the superiority of resources in local colleges serves local places. Thus, tha main task is to optimize and deposite the educational resources, and to provide the service project in order to realize that local colleges serve our social development through the resources sharing.
