成人英语词汇教学是成人英语教学的重点和难点。作为高等教育的一个特殊群体,成人学生在词汇学习方面有不同于一般大学生的特点。这就要求教育工作者在教学实践中必须因势利导、扬长避短,针对其特点采取行之有效的教学方法,而不是简单地套用以一般大学生为客体的教学方法。

It is important and difficult to help the adult English-learners to study English vocabulary.As a special group of the higher education,they are different from the average college students in vocabulary learning. Thus,it requires that our educators take effective teaching methods according to their learning characteristics instead of copying the common teaching mode.
