本文概括了高校毕业生就业状况,总结了当前人才供求市场的新变化、新特点,并分析现阶段影响职业院校机电专业学生就业形势的内在因素。
In this paper,the employment status of graduates in colleges and universities is generalized,The new changes and characteristics in professional supply and demand are summarized.And the intrinsic factor of the employment status of mechanical and electronical speciality graduates in vocational colleges is analyzed.
