摘要
GABAA受体属于配体门控性离子通道超家族成员之一。当持续施加激动剂时,GABAA受体进入失敏状态,并且许多因素参与调节GABAA受体的失敏,如受体亚基构成、配体与受体的亲合力、磷酸化作用、膜电压的变化等都会影响受体的失敏过程。进入失敏状态的GABAA受体并非处于无功能状态,它们在调节抑制性突触后电流(IPSC)和快速抑制性突触传递中起到关键作用,并且可能参与调节突触的可塑性等过程。
