白城市生态环境建设的水资源发展对策

白城自然资源丰富,受客观存在的不利因素与多年来人为的不合理开发影响,致使白城的生态环境严重失衡。风沙干旱、盐碱肆虐等自然灾害造成耕地失墒、水面减少、湿地干涸、泡沼缺水、江河断流。严重的水资源危机造成了生态环境恶化,限制了资源优势的发挥,制约了经济社会发展。本文通过对白城市生态环境现状和存在问题的成因机制分析,提出了白城市生态环境建设的水资源整治对策和措施,以期达到保护生态环境,合理开发利用水资源,实现水资源可持续发展的目的。
