摘要
本文介绍了"双师型"教师的基本特征,分析了传统高等技术师范院校在"双师型"教师队伍建设上一般所采用的方法,提出了通过产学合作教育,建设高校"双师型"教师队伍的基本途径。
The paper introduces the basic characteristics of double-type teachers and analyzes the methods adopted by higher vocational teachers institute to construct the double-type teaching staff,and then proposes the basic way to construct the double-type teaching staff in higher vocational teachers institute through the co- operation of industry and school.
