侦查公开作为刑事诉讼活动的一项国际准则,早已为联合国文件所确认。我国不仅具有实行侦查公开的必要性,而且已具备实行侦查公开的基础条件。但要真正实现侦查公开,还须做进一步的努力。应按照国际刑事诉讼准则的要求,在立足本国实际情况的同时借鉴外国先进经验,通过修订立法确立自己的侦查公开制度。
