The method of developing education,which is useful to improving the capability of faculty and the levels of teaching and researching quality of our college,has been the basic idea of our college for a long time.In addition to understanding and using the idea of developing education well,we should also analyze the present situation objectively to construct a high-quality faculty with advanced ideas,exalted character and great attainments.
