后张法预应力施工工艺是桥梁预应力构件制作的常用方法,张拉是其施工工艺重要工序之一。在施工中由于本工序失误,造成预应力结构物不合格,返工率较高,经济损失较大。本文介绍预应力混凝土张拉质量情况、影响质量的原因及要因,提出了对策、目标和具体措施,提高后张法预应力混凝土张拉工序一次验收合格率,不但提高工程质量,也提高了经济效益和社会效益。
