摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法合成了稀土离子Eu3+掺杂的氧磷灰石稀土硅酸盐Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2/Eu3+发光薄膜,研究表明,稀土离子Eu3+在Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2基质中占据低对称性格位6h(Cs),并以其特征的红光发射(5D0-7F2)为主。
Rare-earth doped phosphor thin films,including silicate oxyapatites Ca2Y8(SiO4)6O2 is a ternary rare-earth-metal silicate with the oxyapatite structure,in this host material rare earth ions occupy the 6h site with CS point symmetry simultaneously.The Eu3+show their characteristic red(5D0-7F2) emission in the films with a quenching concentration of 10 mol%(of Y3+),respectively.
