Improving Tertiary Bilingual Teachers' Content Quality and English Level

双语教师素质的提高是顺利推进双语教学和提高我国高校英语水平的关键。本文主要从双语教学的现状及存在问题的分析入手,针对双语教学所面临的主要困难——双语教学师资匮乏的问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了若干个解决方案。

This paper analyzes the situation and existing problems in the present bilingual teaching,makes further research on the shortage of qualified bilingual teachers,and puts forward some strategies to this problem. The improvement of bilingual teachers' quality will be the key to pushing forward bilingual teaching successfully and increasing English level of our colleges and universities.
