摘要
教学技能是师范生教师素养中最基本、最重要的技能,是教师教育师范性和示范性的具体体现。微格训练作为培养高师数学专业学生教学技能的有效途径,已经逐步成为教法课的教学重点。本文主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法对数学专业微格训练与实际课堂教学进行比较,对调查结果进行分析,并提出教学改革方案。
