对我国民办教育理论研究基本问题的思考

Thoughts on basic issues of theoretical exploration into Chinese private education

民办教育的发展离不开理论研究的支持。从"民办教育"概念的命名演变过程切入,通过对划分公办院校与民办院校标准之争的分析,提出由谁来"经办"或"营办"作为划分公办民办学校的重要标准,并据此界定了民办教育的本质特征。在此基础上,进一步对民办教育理论研究的研究对象及民办教育学科体系建构的必要与可能作了阐述。

Theoretical research is indispensable to the development of private education. From the angle of the name changing course of private education, and through the analysis of argument over the criteria to distinguish private universities from public universities, this paper points out that who 'runs' or 'manages' the university is an important criterion to separate the private university from the public university. And on the above basis, this paper summarizes the essential characteristics of private education and further enunciates the targets of private educational studies and necessity and possibility of structure of discipline system of private education.
