职校生实施个性化教育的探索

Exploration into conducting individualized education for vocational school students

从实际出发,针对职校生现状,反思了传统教育的弊端。从心理学角度阐述了培养学生个性、实施个性化教育的必要性,从理论上阐明个性化教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。个性化教育应遵循发现、培养和促使实现其智力强项和特长的模式。

On the basis of facts and in accordance with the current situation of vocational school students, this paper reflects over the drawbacks of traditional education in China. Meanwhile, this paper also elaborates the necessity to cultivate students' individuality and conduct individualized education in terms of psychology. Finally, the author clarifies that individualized education is an important part of quality education and individualized education should adhere to the principles of discovery, cultivation and realization of students' intellectual strength and specialty.
