小儿病毒性心肌炎红细胞治疗前后免疫功能的改变

Changes of red-cell immune function of children with viral myocarditis

目的 :探讨黄芪与丹参治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎对红细胞 (RBC)免疫功能的影响及临床应用评价。方法 :患儿治疗前后与对照组进行红细胞免疫粘附C3b受体花环率 (RBC C3b RR)、红细胞循环复合物花环率 (RBC ICR)、红细胞免疫复合物促进率 (RFER)、红细胞免疫粘附抑制率 (RFIR)检测。结果 :治疗前RBC C3b RR、RFER明显低于对照组 ,RBC ICR、RFIR显著高于对照组 ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;经黄芪、丹参治疗后RBC免疫功能各项指标恢复正常。结论 :黄芪。
