摘要
目的 探讨胰腺癌不同时期细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 采用免疫组化方法测定 5 0例胰腺癌患者T细胞浸润密度。结果 浸润癌巢中的T淋巴细胞密度显著少于间质 ,且随着肿瘤病程由Ⅰ～Ⅳ期T淋巴细胞密度明显下降。结论 随着肿瘤的发展 ,浸润T细胞密度降低 。
Objective To study the immunofunctional changes of cells in different period of pancreas carcinoma.Methods By immunohistochemical method,infiltration density of T lymphocytes was determined in 50 cases.Results The density infiltrated in cancer nest was obviously smaller than that in intercellular substance and with the development,its density clearly decreased from Ⅰ～Ⅳ stage.Conclusion With the development of cancer,the density of infiltrated T lymphocytes may decrease and its immunofunction be reduce...
