摘要
目的 了解高龄肺部感染患者的病情特点 ,为临床特殊护理提供依据。方法 分析近 10年高龄住院肺部感染患者治疗及护理情况。结果 高龄肺部感染患者对药物治疗反应性差、治愈率低 ,住院死亡率约2 6.9%。结论 针对高龄肺部感染患者这一特殊群体 ,除积极治疗外 ,还应进行严格。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of aged patients with lung infection so as to provide basis for clinical,special nursing.Methods Case history of aged patients with lung infection in the past 10 years was reviewed while the treatment and nursing were analyzed.Results Their mortality amounted to 26.9 % with low cure rate and little reaction to treatment.Conclusion Besides treatment,strict,reasonable and appropriate special nursing are also needed for those aged cases with lung infection.
