摘要
目的 探讨 1,6 二磷酸果糖 (FDP)治疗重度心力衰竭 (CHF)的临床疗效。方法 6 2例重度CHF患者 ,随机分为治疗组 (32例 )和对照组 (30例 ) ,对照组常规应用洋地黄、利尿剂、转换酶抑制剂等进行治疗 ;治疗组在此基础上加用FDP治疗。结果 治疗组总有效率 87.5 % (2 8例 ) ,对照组总有效率 70 .0 % (2 1例 ) ,组间比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;心脏超声检查治疗组与对照组比较各项心功能检查指标亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 FDP与洋地黄、利尿剂。
