目的 探讨药物流产和流血时间与妊娠天数的关系。方法 对 80 0例米非司酮伍用米索前列醇终止妊娠的完全流产率和阴道流血时间及妊娠天数进行观察。结果 完全流产率在妊娠 6 0d之内和妊娠超过 91d以上较高 (6 1～ 90d内较低 ) ;阴道平均流血天数在妊娠 90d内成正相关 ,在妊娠超过 91d后反而缩短。结论 进行药物流产时 ,早诊断 。

Objective To study the relationship between rate of drug complete abortion,bleeding time and days of pregnancy.Methods The rate of drug complete abortion,bleeding time and days of pregnancy were observed in 800 cases of interrupted pregnancy by mifepristone combined with misoprostol.Results The rate of complete abortion was higher within 60 days and after 91 days(lower from 61 to 90 days);the average days of colporrhagia had positive correlation within 90 days and after 91 days it was reduced.Conclusion ...
