运用护理程序对临终患者的护理

Nursing care of terminal-stage patients by nursing process

目的 探讨运用护理程序对临终患者的护理效果。方法 采用护理评估、护理诊断、护理目标、护理措施等步骤对 2 0例临终肿瘤患者进行护理。结果 2 0例临终患者中有 18例 (90 % )能坦然面对现实 ,正确对待死亡 ,仅有 2例 (10 % )患者意志消沉、不能自拔。结论 运用护理程序对临终患者进行护理 ,可减少患者身心痛苦 ,使其正确对待死亡 ,坦然、舒适地渡过生命的最后时刻。
