摘要
目的 探讨正加速度 (+Gz)负荷下小鼠尾部痛觉的反应特性。方法 将小鼠置于固定器中 ,尾部平放 ,尾尖距致痛源 2 .0cm ,测定正常、+ 2、+ 4、+ 6、+ 8Gz负荷后的甩尾反射时间 (即痛觉反应时间 )。结果 + 2Gz负荷后 ,小鼠甩尾反射时间与正常比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;+ 4、+ 6、+ 8Gz负荷后 ,甩尾反射时间明显逐渐延长 (P <0 .0 1) ,2 5min后恢复正常。结论 随着 +Gz值逐渐加大 ,小鼠对痛觉反应时间明显延长。
Objective To research the reaction characteristics of algasthesis in mouse tails under different +Gz loads.Methods Mice were placed into a fixator with tails horizontal,and the distance between ends of tails and pain source was 2.0 cm ;then reaction time of algasthesis was determined when Gz loads were respectively 0,+2,+4,+6,+8.Results There was no difference in RT of algasthesis between +2 Gz load and zero Gz load( P <0.05);under +4,+6,+8 Gz loads ,RT was significantly prolonged( P <0.01) ...
