摘要
目的 探讨大鼠经高强度模拟推拉动作暴露后,海马不同区域神经元的损伤程度和时相变化规律。方法 健康雄性Wistar大鼠 20只,随机分为正常对照组 5只,实验组( 8Gz→ +8Gz组)15只。正常对照组不做任何处理,实验组大鼠分别在暴露后 30min、6h、24h取材,灌流固定;石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察;超薄切片,透射电镜观察。结果 ±8Gz暴露后 6h和 24h海马各区可见到一定数量形态发生改变的神经元,以CA1区损伤最重。结论 高强度推拉动作可造成海马神经元的损伤。
