心脑舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinic observation of the effects of Xin-Nao-Shu-Tong capsule on coronary heart disease with angina

目的探讨心脑舒通胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法选择166例符合诊断标准的冠心病心绞痛患者随机分成心脑舒通治疗组(124例),银杏叶对照组(42例)。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予心脑舒通45mg,对照组给予银杏叶2片,每日3次,连续服4周为一疗程。结果治疗组心绞痛缓解的总有效率为83.87%,心电图改善率为83.72%,与对照组比较无显著性差异,同时患者耳鸣、肢体麻木、情绪障碍等临床伴随症状有明显改善。结论心脑舒通胶囊具有很好的扩张血管、改善心肌缺血作用,临床疗效确切、安全。
