摘要
目的比较加热和不加热两种方法提取的肿瘤抗原冲击脐血有核细胞诱发的抗肿瘤免疫效应。方法收集对数生长期的肿瘤细胞SPCA1(人肺腺癌细胞),分为两组,一组42℃加热12h,另一组不加热作对照组。两组细胞用超声粉碎机破碎后高速离心收集上清液,即制备成肿瘤抗原。结果在体外,经加热处理的肿瘤抗原冲击脐血有核细胞的抗肿瘤效应明显优于未加热组,抗原浓度以5μg/ml最为适宜。结论肿瘤细胞经加热处理后可获得更强的抗肿瘤免疫效应。
Objective Anti-tumor immune potency inducing tumor antigen pulsed umbilical cord blood cells was compared in two different ways. Methods Tumor cells SPC-A-1 was collected and separated into two groups. One was heat shock treatment for 12 hours at 42℃,and the other was control group.
