补肾中成药中铝元素含量分析

目的测定10种补肾中成药中铝元素的含量,探讨本类中成药中铝的含量及其与疗效的关系。方法在表面活性剂OP10存在下,以CAS为显色剂,应用721分光光度计测定中成药中铝元素的含量。结果在所选浓度范围内线性关系良好,稳定时间长;10种药物中铝的含量不同,含量最高的是三五神威丸(28.9708±1.0069)μg/g,最少的是三鞭参茸固本丸(2.9883±0.0466)μg/g。结论各种补肾中成药中铝元素的含量不同,临床合理用药应有一定的选择。
