肝病患者血清中促血小板生成素含量分析及临床意义

Analysis and determination of the TPO of serum in liverish patient

目的探讨不同肝病患者血清中促血小板生成素(TPO)含量及其病理生理意义。方法采用放免法测定了30名健康人和50例不同肝病组患者血清中的TPO含量。结果慢性肝病S3组、S4组及肝硬化组患者血清TPO含量明显高于正常对照组、S0-S2组和急性肝病组(P<0.01),急性肝病、慢性肝病S0-S2组与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论检测血清中TPO含量,可为进一步研究不同肝脏疾病的病理生理变化提供参考依据。
