摘要 目的测定大鼠心脏和脑组织中一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,探讨NO、SOD和MDA与衰老的关系,为延缓衰老、合理而又科学地应用抗衰老食品和保健品、提高机体SOD活性和降低MDA的含量、减少老年性疾病的发生提供理论依据。方法NO测定采用硝酸还原酶比色法,SOD采用黄嘌呤氧化酶比色法,MDA用硫代巴比妥酸法。结果老龄大鼠心脏和脑组织中NO的含量和SOD活性比成年鼠低(P<0.01),MDA的含量明显比成年(P<0.01)。结论在大鼠脑和心脏中NO、MDA的含量和SOD活性与衰老有一定的关系。 Objective To determine the contents of NO, MDA and the activity of SOD in heart and brain of aged rats, and probe the relationship between ageing and the level of NO, SOD and MDA. Methods NO, SOD and MDA were determined by the colorimetric method. Results The contents of NO and the activity of SOD in the body of aged rat were lower than these of the adult rat.
