The signal transduction of RAS
摘要
细胞信号转导系统紊乱是肿瘤细胞生长的重要特征之一,ras基因及其编码的Ras蛋白参与体内多种细胞信号转导途径而发挥作用,本文着重介绍ras参与的几条信号转导途径及作用机制。
