摘要
文章叙述了航天系统项目投资确定与控制管理的现状,指出目前所企盼解决的有关问题,并阐述了入世后对项目投资确定与控制管理的发展趋势的思考与应采取的对策。
This paper presents the discussion on investment definition and control in space project.The related problems to be solved are pointed out.The development trends of project investment definition and control management and the measures to be taken after the entry of WTO are discussed.
