摘要
吊块及主吊梁的安装是某型号卫星整星吊具安装中的关键环节。其构型复杂,操作空间小,装配技术要求高,操作风险和难度大。文章着重介绍整星吊具原总装方案及存在问题、新总装方案改良方法、改良后的总装工艺过程以及相应装配质量的保障措施。
The fixing of davit and primary lifting beam is the key for assembling the hoisting tool of satellite. This paper introduces the original assembling scheme and existing problem, the new assembling scheme, the improvement method and the new assembling process.
