2001年全国流式细胞术室间质评结果

Results of Flow Cytometry External Quality Assessment in 1999 to 2001

目的 通过开展室间质量评价活动提高临床实验室检验结果的质量。方法 每年向参加流式细胞术室间质量评价活动的单位发放质控品6个批号,测定项目包括CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD56^+。参加实验室测定样本并回报测定结果,经计算机软件对全部结果进行统计分析。结果 2001年参加流式细胞术室间质评的实验室数为34家,测定结果的平均及格率分别为88％(CD3^+)、91％(CD4^+)、90％(CD8^+)和89％(CD56^+)。结论 多数实验室的检验结果在室间质评和质控品给定的靶值范围内,但个别实验室结果存在较大的变异。

Subject Improving the quality of chnical laboratory results by external quality assessments(EQA). Methods 6 lots of quality control samples were send to each laboratories who participate the Flow Cytometry EQA program. The CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+ and CD56^+ were determined by routine methods in laboratories. The results were analyzed by computer software.
