2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学水平变化分析

The change and significance of blood lipid and hemorheology of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学水平变化,分析两者之间的相关性。方法检测80例健康体检者和121例2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学指标,进行比较分析。结果2型糖尿病患者血脂、血液流变学多数指标与健康者相比有显著异常改变,显著升高或降低(p<0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患者常伴随血脂、血液流变学的改变,表现为高脂血症和高黏血症,2型糖尿病患者应重视血脂、血液流变学的检测及高脂血症和高黏血症的纠正治疗。

Objective To investigate the change and significance of blood lipid and hemorheology of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The blood lipid and hemorheology of 121 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 80 health examinees were examined.Results Blood lipid and hemorheology of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were obviously abnormal, higher or lower significantly than those of controls(p<0.01).Conclusion The distinct disorder of blood lipid and hemorheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is presented,hyperlipemia and hyperviscosity blood syndrome.It is very important to examine the blood lipid and hemorheology and to correct the hyperlipemia and hyperviscosity blood syndrome in time for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
