肝病患者血脂水平变化及临床意义的探讨

Study changes of blood fat level and clinical value in hepatopaths

目的探讨血脂水平与肝脏疾病的关系及临床诊断价值。方法检测228例肝病患者和87例健康者的血脂水平。结果除急性肝炎、慢性肝炎轻度组外,其他肝病患者血脂水平有不同程度的下降。其中以重型肝炎组下降最为明显,其次为肝硬化、慢性肝炎重度、中度组。结论肝病患者的血脂水平与肝细胞损伤程度及肝功能代偿程度密切相关,测定血脂的水平能可靠地了解肝细胞损害程度,肝病患者血脂水平随着肝功能损害的加重而降低,监测其水平有助于了解肝细胞损伤程度和评价治疗效果及预后。

Objective To study the relationship between the level of the blood fat and liver disease and the diagnostic value.Methods We tested the levels of the blood fat in 228 cases with liver disease and 87 healthy cases.Results In addition to oxyhepatitis group and slight chronic hepatitis group,other hepatopaths’ blood fat levels decreased in different degree.The severe hepatitis group decreased most obviously and they were liver cirrhosis group and chronic hepatitis group with heavy degree and medium degree secondly.Conclusion The blood fat level of hepatopaths is closely related to the degree of hepatocyte lesion and liver function compensation;Determination of blood fat level could understand the degree of hepatocyte lesion reliably.The blood fat level of hepatopaths lowered along with the aggravation of liver function lesion.Conitoring its level contributed to understand the degree of hepatocyte lesion and evaluate the treatment effect and prognosis.
