摘要
目的探讨抗精子抗体(AsAb)及精液中一氧化氮(NO)水平Na+-K+-ATP酶活性与男性不育的关系。方法分别采用ELISA法、硝酸还原酶法、钼蓝分光光度法测定132名男性不育患者及56名正常生育男性血清AsAb(IgGI、gM、IgA),精液中NO水平及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。结果男性不育组AsAb阳性率37.12%,显著高于正常生育组3.57%(P<0.0 1);男性不育组精液中N0水平151.6±29.7μmol/L,显著高于正常生育组78.9±23.5μmol/L(P<0.01);男性不育组精液中Na+-K+-ATP酶活性为24.42±8.47μmol Pi/mg(Prot).h-1,显著低于正常生育组46.63±9.41μmolPi/mg(Prot).h-1(P<0.05)。结论血清AsAb是男性不育的确诊指标之一,精液中高水平NO与低Na+-K+-ATP酶活性可能是导致男性不育的原因之一。
Objective To study the antisperm antibody(AsAb)and the oxidize nitrogen(NO)level in semen and the activity of Na-K-ATP enzyme with relation of the male sterility.Methods Adopts an ELISA method,the nitrate reductase method.the molybdenum is blue spectrophotometric method respectively to measurese 132 male sterility sufferer and 56 normal male serum AsAb(IgG,IgM,IgA) NO level and Na-K-ATP in the semen enzyme an activity.Results the male sterility a set of AsAb masculine gender rate 37.12%,distinguished high in grow a set 3.57% normally(P<0.01);The male sterility the NO level in a set of semen 151.6±29.7μmol/L distinguished high in grow a set 78.9±s 23.5μmol/L normally(P<0.01);The male sterility activity of Na-K-ATP enzyme in a set of semen as 24.42±s 8.47 μmolPi/mg(Prot)s·h(-1) distinguished low in grow a set 46.63±s normally are 9.41 μmolPi/mg(Prot)s·h(-1)(P<0.05). Conclusion serum AsAb is a one of the diadynamic criteria really jn the male sterility.The high level NO may is the reason which causes the The male sterility with low activity of Na-K-ATP enzyme in the semen.
