球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折25例效果观察及护理 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩骨折的效果和护理方法。方法对25例不同程度胸椎和腰椎压缩骨折患者,在C型臂X光机引导下,经皮穿刺行球囊扩张椎体成形术。加强术前心理护理、术后效果观察和康复锻炼。结果患者术后1~3天均可下床活动。腰背部疼痛明显减轻或消失。有术前VAS评分8.6下降为术后的1.5(p<0.01)。手术效果显著,无并发症发生。结论经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术是治疗由于骨质疏松造成的椎体压缩骨折的有效方法,且有创伤小,短时间内减轻或消除疼痛,患者能早期下床活动,住院时间短。 Objective To study the effect and nursing of balloon KYPhonplasty on trenting Thoracolumbar compressive fractures.Methods Under X-ray aiming,applicate balloon KYPhoplasty to heal 25 cases of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae osteoprootic compression fractrure.To stregthen observation of post-operative effect and reconditioning.Result After 1-3days resting,the patient can get out of bed to walk,pain in thoracic and lumbar reliefed noticeble or disappear,AVS paln scores of pre-operative and post-operative are differente,the operation effection is noticeable and no complication.Conclusion Balloon KYPhoplasty is a unlity treatment in healing thoracic and lumbar verthrae osteoporotic compression fracture,it is mini-wound and curative,to profit earlier functional exercise to decurtate to be in hospital.
