流式细胞技术用于脑脊液细胞分析方法学研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨流式细胞技术在脑脊液细胞分析中的临床应用价值。方法选择120例脑脊液标本,分别采用仪器法和手工法进行RBC、WBC计数及WBC分类计数,根据WBC计数结果分为低值组、中值组和高值组,并应用SPSS11.0统计软件进行结果统计学分析。结果仪器法与手工法检测中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和其他细胞结果的P值分别为:>0.05、>0.05、>0.05、<0.05和<0.05,其中低值组WBC、RBC直接计数结果有显著性差异(<0.05),中值组和高值组无显著性差异。结论采用流式细胞技术的ADVIA2120脑脊液分析系统与手工镜检法结果具有可比性,且某些参数优于手工法。可用于脑脊液细胞学分析。 Objective To investigate the clinical application value of flow cytometric analysis in cerebrospinal fluid.Methods Results from 120 cerebrospinal fluid samples were used to analysis by instrumental method and manual method for obtaining RBC and WBC counts and WBC differential counts,then distinguished to hypovalue group,midvalue group,hypsovalue group according to the WBC counts and analysised by statistics software SPSS11.0.Results The result compared the instrumental method with the manual method,the P value of Neutrophils,Lymphocytes,Monocytes,Eosinophils and other cells are >0.05、>0.05、>0.05、<0.05 and <0.05.Of this,hypovalue group have statistically significant on RBC and WBC counts(P<0.05)but midvalue group and hypsovalue group did not have showed this effect(P>0.05).Conclusion The results have demonstrated that the automated ADVIA 2120 CSF Assay compares well with the manual method,some parameters were better than manual method.This method is an acceptable method for analysis of cerebrospinal fluid.
