摘要
目的比较不同性别泌尿生殖系统感染者标本中支原体分离率及对抗生素的耐药性。方法采用生物梅里埃公司试剂盒,对613份疑为泌尿生殖系统感染患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行了支原体检测和抗生素敏感性检测。结果613份标本中支原体分离率为33.9%。其中男性标本中支原体分离率为17.9%,女性标本中分离率为46.1%。药敏结果显示支原体对氧氟沙星、红霉素的耐药率较高(56.3%、55.3%),对交沙霉素、克拉霉素、阿齐霉素的耐药率较低(12.5%、27.4%、34.6%),对原始霉素、强力霉素高度敏感(耐药率为2.4%、5.8%)。结论泌尿生殖系统病染者中支原体是主要的病原,女性分离率明显高于男性,原始霉素和强力霉素可作为治疗支原体感染泌尿生殖系统的首选药物。
Objective To compare the Mycoplasma separative rate and the drug resistance to antibiotics of the pationts with urogenital reproductive system infection.Moethods Antibiotic sensitivity examination of 613 spechnens who are suspected sufferers of urogenital reproductive system infection was detected by using the biological Meiliai reagent kit.Results The Mycoplasma separative rate of the 613 specimens is 33.9%.among which the maseuline specimen rate is 17.9%,while the femininespecimen is 46.1%.As the medicine sensitive result shows,the rates of the drug resistance of Mycoplasma to Ofloxacine and Erythrcanyeine are high(56.3%,55.3%),those to Josamycine,Clatythromycine,Azithromyeine are low(12.5%,27.4%,34.6%) and the ratcsof Prisfinamycine,Doxycycline are specially low(2.4%,5.8%).Conclusion Myeoplasma is supposed to be the main cause of the uropoiesis reproductive system infections.the feminine separative rate is obviously higher than that of the male.Prietinamycine and Doxycycline may be taken as the first choice to treat the Mycoplasma infection of the uropoiesis reproductive system.
