血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C在二型糖尿病肾病早期的应用价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CystatinC)在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的临床意义。方法采用乳胶颗粒增强免疫比浊法(TPNIA)测定51例糖尿病患者血清胱抑素C,同时测定血肌酐(SCr,酶法)及肌酐清除率(CCr),比较CystatinC,SCr与CCr的相关性。结果血清CystatinC,SCr与CCr与糖尿病肾病均呈显著相关,其中以Cystatinc与CCr的相关程度最为密切。结论CystatinC在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中具有较高的准确性。能可靠地反映肾功能早期损害的指标,在糖尿病肾病的早期诊断中具有指导意义。 Objective To assss the clinical significance of Cystatin C as earlykidney in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods The particle-enhanced immunonephrometic assay was used in Cystatin C in type 2 diabetic patients.and determined serum creatinine(Scr)、CCr,compared the correlated between Cystatin C,SCr or CCr.Results Cystatin C,Scr,CCrwere all correlated significantly with 2 diabetic patients wth kidney.Conclusion Cystatin C is more accurate and is better markers in reflecting the early of renal function of 2 diabetic patients.
