摘要
目的探讨乙肝五项指标不同模式在健康人群中的分布率;不同模式下前S1抗原的阳性率;乙肝核酸值;前S1抗原结果与HBV-DNA拷贝数的相关性。方法酶联免疫吸附试验法与荧光定量PCR方法。结果表面抗原阳性的模式中,HBV前S1抗原的检出率较高(72.97%),e抗原阳性组最高(88.89%),乙肝病毒DNA的拷贝数也较高。乙肝病毒DNA的拷贝数与Pre-S1的酶免检测结果的吸光度值有正相关性(相关系数0.590)。结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝五项指标有较好的互补性;利用Pre-S1的酶免检测结果结合e抗原可以了解乙肝病毒在体内的数量。
Objective To approach to the distribution rate of type B hepatitis in healthy crowd and the positive rate of Pre-S1 antigen and nucleic acid value. To evaluate the dependability of Pre-S1 antigen and the copy number of HBV-DNA.Methods To measure with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and fluorescent quantitation PCR.Results The detection rate of Pre-S1 antigen in type B hepatitis was 72.97%,of the total,the value of e-antigen positive group was 88.89%, and the copy number of HBV-DNA also was higher.The copy number of HBV-DNA was positive correlated the absorption factor of Pre-S1.Conclusion There was complementarity both Pre-S1 antigen and five markers of type B hepatitis; and understanded the quantity of hepatitis virus with Pre-S1 and e-antigen.
