针对城镇地价具有时空动态变化的特征,本文在分析我国城镇地价评估研究存在问题的基础,探讨了基于标准宗地为载体的城镇地价动态监测体系建立的技术方法,为政府及时、准确掌握地价市场信息、制定地产市场的宏观调控政策以及建立地价公示制度和基准地价更新、宗地地价评估提供了一种有效的技术工具。
