试论思想政治工作的第一要务

On the top important task for the political and ideological work

本文论述了从“硬道理”到“第一要务”的理论发展和科学内涵;并以此为基础,从科学认识思想政治工作性质(地位)和正确评价思想政治工作成败得失、实现人的全面发展、实现思想政治工作的与时俱进、实现思想政治工作者自身发展等四个方面,论证了“发展也是思想政治工作第一要务”的观点;结合实际提出了做好高校思想政治工作尤其是高校教师思想政治工作的若干建议。
