浙江民营企业产品开发风险评估及防范对策研究

Study on risk evaluation and preventive tactics for product development in private enterprises in Zhejiang province

本文在调查分析浙江民营企业的基础上,界定了民营企业产品开发的主要风险及其成因,并运用层次分析法构建了民营企业产品开发风险评估模型,同时提出民营企业防范产品开发风险的对策措施。

On the basis of a survey in the private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the paper defines the main risks and causes of the product development in the private sectors. By using the method of Hierarchy Process Analysis (HPA), the paper constructs a risk evaluation model for product development in enterprise, and put forwards the tactics for preventing the risks of the product development in the private sectors.
