共性技术(GT)与区域性科技创新体系研究

A Study on generic technology and the regional scientific and technologic innovation system

中国从计划经济体制转向市场经济体制的过程中,如何构建区域性科技创新体系是一个 重要的课题。本文从揭示市场经济背景下,科学-技术-生产互动过程中的"脆弱地带",以及 从美国高级经济学家G.Tassey提出的"以技术为基础的经济增长模型"中,引申出共性技术 (Generic Technology 简称GT)概念;并从技术学、经济学的角度剖析共性技术的特点和规律;由 此提出了如何构建基于共性技术的科技创新体制的构想。
