摘要
全球经济一体化,使中小企业面临更为激烈的国际竞争。我国中小企业有效参与国际竞 争受到企业经营水平的制约,本文从企业创建网络寻求社会资本、设置管理模式、建立激励机 制、实行营销创新四个方面分析如何建立我国中小企业国际化经营的微观运行机制。
Due to the unifying of global economy,the SMBs are facing more intense international competition. China's SMB is restricted by its management level to participate efficaciously in the international competition. The paper analyzes the ways in which China's SMB internationalized macro running mechanism can be established through setting up a network by the enterprises to seek social capitals, creating management models and incentive systems,and enforcing innovations in marketing.
