Trust is the quintessence and the form of expression of corporate culture and also the important connotation of establishing a modern enterprise system.This paper,based on the description of the modern context of trust,expounds the noumenal value of trust-people’s value and external value-economic value,which is of practical significance for constructing a harmonious society and exploring the enterprise management that puts people first.
